Anti-social behaviour in your area (motorbikes)

Dear lovely Hemel East resident

We are again seeking info on two motorbikes seen recently acting in an anti social manner in your area. The bottom left was seen on Wood Lane End today, speeding and having no number plate, the one on the right was last seen on Keens Field some weeks ago. 

(If you gave info to us previously regarding the white and orange bike, please can you re-send the info, (sorry, tech issue)).

On a plus, a youth seen driving his ped in an anti social manner was issued with a written warning this evening (under Section 59(4) Police Reform Act 2002, meaning he risks having the ped taken off him if caught again.

We appreciate your calls in regard to this matter, and although we cannot always attend directly, we aim to follow up with calls to determine if there is any further info that will help us trace perpetrators.
